Thank you for your interest in working together. Below is a summary of my standard rates for graphic design services. I strive to deliver professional, high-quality work on every project.

Rush Fee applies to any project with less than 7 business days of lead time. The percentage is applied to the applicable rate.
Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround: 7+ business days from receipt of all project details.
- Rush turnaround: Under 7 business days. Rush fee applies.
- Express (24–48 hrs): Available on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply.
What’s Included
- Initial design concept based on your provided details (event name, date, time, location, theme/colors)
- One round of revisions included in the base price
- Final files delivered in print-ready and web-optimized formats (PDF, PNG, JPG as needed)
- Sized for intended use (social media, print, projection, etc.)
What I Need from You
To get started and ensure a smooth process, please provide the following when requesting a project:
- Event name, date, time, and location
- Any specific theme, colors, or branding to follow
- Logos or images to include (if applicable)
- Where the graphic will be used (Facebook, print, projection, etc.)
- Desired delivery date
Payment
- Payment is due upon delivery of final files.
- Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, or cash.
- For projects over $250, a 50% deposit is requested before work begins.
A Note on Ministry & Nonprofit Pricing
I’m passionate about supporting churches, ministries, and nonprofit organizations. The ministry/nonprofit column reflects a reduced rate as my way of investing in the work you’re doing. These discounted rates are available to registered nonprofits and active ministry organizations.
